On Friday evening December 20 at 6:30, we’ll meet at Sage Café in the Fellowship Hall to consider “How Do I Know If I’m Awake?”

Maybe you want to discuss this from a physiological perspective. You’re in bed at night or on the couch after lunch – did you nod off, did you dream, was that sound real or in your mind?

Or maybe being awake is more about conscious awareness. Are you in the present moment? Do you want others to wake up (!) to what’s going on? Are you awake to the all the possibilities?

One of the things I love about Sage Café is how widely – and sometimes wildly – we let the conversation range. We don’t debate or challenge or proselytize. There are no right or wrong answers or ideas. We simply share our experience, curiosity, compassion, and respect.
